Ive spent nearly 2 decades within Learning and development and have had experience in all areas of the learning cycle. My early years were working for a credit card company, of where i learnt my craft. The basics of being in a classroom environment, managing training programmes, designing content. This all happened very early doors.

My career soon evolved beyond the classroom and into large-scale transformation projects, taking me across the globe to deliver learning programmes in Rio, Mumbai, Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney.

Shortly after this, i headed into coaching of other Trainers/Coaches and improving their skills, this led to me managing my own team.

By that point i had been in the industry of learning for over 10 years and was ready to level up my journey. I then joined Start ups who did not have a learning function, or it was limited and started to build these functions.

I specialise in building learning functions that scale—putting the right foundations in place today to support the teams of tomorrow.
 

This is something a lot of businesses do not get right and then leave a new training specialist in a poasition of having to try and build everything, while the businesses has major ongoing training needs.

I get in there early and help the business set up their learning.

When my previous role came to an end, I was given the opportunity to pursue something that had been in the back of my mind for years: building Lancelot Training.

What started as an idea gradually became a clear mission—to help businesses create learning foundations that truly scale.
