Booking & Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled for a full refund up to 14 days before the course start date.
Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable, however delegates may transfer to another available course date where requested at least 48 hours before the course begins, subject to availability.
If Lancelot Training needs to postpone or cancel a course, delegates will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to transfer their booking to a future date.
